This is a song we played last Sunday (2.2.14) in worship. We were missing a bass and the guitar part was high, so I decided to add a bass part to the recording at home. I had also been hearing another vocal harmony in my head, so I added it (and a little reverb) to the original mix. It was good to dust off both those things (bass and bgv-singing) as well as to test drive the home studio a bit since I compacted it into one room.
So I'm singing and playing guitar and bass; my oldest is playing drums; and Karla is singing the echo and harmony.
